| 1.Castlink.co.uk is a service which facilitates third party advertisers; Casting directors, production companies, photographers and other advertisers to place opportunities in an online publication. 2.Visitors to Castlink.co.uk can view detailed information of all available opportunities and browse the site free of charge, however in order to gain access to all the sites privileges a user will need become a registered subscriber. 3.A registered subscriber can create a profile, upload photographs and apply for suitable opportunities on Castlink.co.uk as well as having the option to appear in our Artists Gallery. 4.Castink.co.uk is NOT an agency we do not take commission, negotiate contracts or collect fees. 5.Castlink.co.uk whilst making every effort to maintain a continuous service may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of maintenance, repair and system failure or for reasons beyond our control. Castlink.co.uk cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for any loss of service for any period of time. |
| Registration and Profile Creation: |
You must be 18yrs or over to join Castlink, however applications may be submitted on behalf of minors by their parent or guardian. Registrants under the age of 18 are required to obtain the consent of a legal guardian as well as the consent of the registered cardholder making payment for any related subscription (teenagers) for further advice please go to our Advice and guidance page.

| When registering with Castlink.co.uk you represent that you are providing complete and accurate information. Your assigned log ID will comprise of your email address along with a password of your choice. You are entirely responsible for keeping your login ID confidential and you are solely accountable for all activities under your registered user account, including all legal liability incurred from the use of your account by others. We may disclose your information contained in your profile to third parties as further detailed in our Private Policy. |
| All information, photographs and other material posted on your profile must be proper and appropriate. |
| Submissions to your profile cannot include any of the following; any materials that contain obscenity, hate, violent, harassing, defamatory or lewd content, materials that infringe on any third party’s property or commercial solicitations. Castlink.co.uk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse or remove any submissions made by you, or to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the site with or without cause and with or without prior notice to you and without legal liability whatsoever. |

| Subscribers can select to make their profile public within the Artists Gallery, in doing so you agree certain information in your profile will be available to all users of the website excluding your contact information. |
| When applying to opportunities Castlink.co.uk will forward your profile to third party advertisers via the website, in this instance your contact details will be visible – you have the option to reveal your contact number/s in the relevant tick box/s. Please ensure that you do not submit sensitive contact details within the incorrect fields, doing so could expose you to spam or unsolicited mail or worse. |

| Billing and Cancellation Policy: |
| Monthly Subscription: (You will require a Pay Pal account to use this facility) |
| Monthly Subscription to Castlink.co.uk will be billed automatically on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time. By entering into this agreement with Castlink.co.uk you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. The subscriber accepts that payment is taken in advance and that no refund is given for unused subscription periods. If you cancel you may use your subscription until the end of your subscription term. |
| Castlink.co.uk may submit periodic charges (eg monthly) without further authorization from you, until you have cancelled this authorization or wish to change your subscription type. To cancel your authorization or change subscription type please do so via your Pay Pal account. |
| 3 & 6 Month & yearly Subscriptions: (You do not require a Pay Pal account) |
| All the above subscriptions are entered into on a one off basis (Buy now via Pay Pal with any listed credit or Debit card) and are not on automatically recurring billing. The subscriber accepts that payment is taken in advance and that no refund is given for unused subscription periods. Shorlty before your subscription term expires you will be sent an automatically generated email via the site, presenting you with the option to re-subscribe. If you select to not to re-subscribe you privileges as a subscribing member will be ceased at the end of your then current subscription period. |
Changes in price; we reserve the right to increase fees or introduce new prices or charges at any time. If you have purchased one our LIFETIME subscriptions on promotion this will mean for the lifetime that the site remains active and operating.

| Delivery Policy: |
| Once payment is received for a subscription period you will be sent a conformation email from Pay Pal to acknowledge receipt. You will then be free to use all the privileges reserved for registered subscribers. |
| Refund Policy: |
| By entering into a paid subscription period with Castlink.co.uk you agree that all payments taken for a subscription are final and non-refundable. |
| English Law and Severability: |
| These terms and conditions are under English Law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts if there are any disputes between them of any kind.
