| Subscription to Castlink.co.uk can be selected monthly (£10.99)on a rolling basis, which means at the end of your subscription term we will automatically renew your membership for a further period for the same period of time. You can unsubscribe at anytime, please note that if you do not wish to enter into another subscription term you will need to unsubscribe before your current term has expired. Once unsubscribed, you will still have access to your subscriber privileges until the end of your then current subscription. |
| Alternatively you can select either one of our packages; 3 months (£20.97) 6 months (£29.94) or 1 year (£47.88). These are billed as one off payments and are not recurring. Shortly before your subsription term expires we will send you an email giving you the opportunity to re-subscribe. |

You must be 18yrs or over to join Castlink, however applications may be submitted on behalf of minors by their parent or guardian. Registrants under the age of 18 are required to obtain the consent of a legal guardian as well as the consent of the registered cardholder making payment for any related subscription (relating to teenagers). For the safety of under 18s we recommend that you do not list any contact information (phone number's, email addresses or other) or any locations that your child may be located. As parent or guardian contact by a third party advertisor should be made with you only. When entering contact information please ensure that it is your contact details included. Also please ensure that all pictures of minors are appropriate ie non-revealing clothing - any pictures deemed inappropriate will be immediately removed in the interests of the minor.
Please also ensure that when signing any documentation on behalf of your child ie release forms etc that you fully understand the full implications of what you are signing. You as parent or guardian may also be responsible for organising a license for your child to perform, information can be found via your local council.
It is important that you child is able to perfrom "on set" and take direction when needed as well as behaving in an appropriate manner. Due to the nature of children growing quickly it is not essential to have professional shots, although good clear images will be beneficial.

| How do I appear in the Artist Gallery? |
| Once you have registered, created your profile and chosen your subscription period you will then be able appear in the Artist Gallery. This process is not automatic you must choose via your profile as to whether you would like to appear. |
| How old do I have to be to register? |
| There is no age limit to registering, however if you are under the age of 18yrs you must adhere to the above guidelines. |
| Is there an age limit on doing this kind of work? |
| Absolutely not, the nature of the entertainment industry is such that there is no limit to age, due to the diversity of what’s required for many different types of projects. |
| I have registered but can’t log in? |
| First please make sure that you have activated your account. Your account will be activated only if you click the link sent to you email (provided by you when you registered), that is to prevent any one else registering with your email. In case you didn't receive an email with an activation link (please check your junk/spam folder) alternatively email to via our Contact Us page. |
| If you did activate your account please make sure that you are using the correct password (this is case-sensitive), if that fails, use "Forgot your password?" button, you will be sent a password which is stored in our database to the email account which you provided when you registered. If you still can't login using those details please email via our Contact Us page. |
| Can I change my password? |
| Yes, you can change your password on your "profile page". Remove your existing password and replace with a new one, then press save at the bottom of the page. Be sure to make a note of your new password you will need it for future log in. |
| How do I cancel my rolling monthly subscription? |
| To cancel your rolling monthly subscription you have to first login and go to subscription status in your control panel. On the subscription status page you will see an unsubscribe button. Follow the instructions to unsubscribe. |
| How do I remove myself from the Artist Gallery? |
| On your "profile page" you can change status of field "Show my profile in Artist Gallery" if tick box is ticked (default) you will appear in Artist Gallery, if you un-tick that box and save changes you will no longer be listed in Artist Gallery. |
| What happens if I change my email address? |
| You can change your email address on your “profile page” just remove your existing address and replace with a new one, then press save. Be sure to make a note of your new email address you will need it for future login. |
| Can I contact you via telephone? |
| As an online service our preferred method of contact is via email. If you wish to call you can do so on 0203 086 7608. Before calling please review this advice and guidance page, it is very possible that we have already answered your query. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe via telephone, this can only be done via your profile. |
| Can I be sure that the people contacting me are genuine? |
| We validate all third parties wishing to contact members, they are vetted for suitability and if successful are given access to the Artist Gallery. We take this process very seriously indeed if however you consider any contact to be inappropriate please report this to us immediately. |
| How much work can I expect to get? And how long does it take to get work? |
| The quantity of work you can expect to get is very difficult to quantify, the decision as to who gets booked for what is entirely down to the client as whether they feel you are what they are looking for. |
| Are all the Castings/Jobs in England? |
| Any castings you get will be in England. All background work will be in England however certain featured work may take you abroad. |
| Who pays for travel expenses on Jobs? |
| Travel expenses for background work may be factored into your pay and can be detailed as “travel expenses” on your release form. This can vary there can be occasions when no expenses are paid by the third party (production company or other). If you are booked as a featured artist as a general rule your travel expenses will always be covered. |

| GUIDANCE – KEY POINTS |

- Never be late for castings or jobs.
- Once you have committed yourself to casting or job you must turn up.
- When you are on set it is important that you don’t complain about any of the following; weather conditions (if shooting outside), food or the duration of time that you are required for. Often a booking can run into overtime, you must be prepared for this possible eventuality so factor this into your day. It is advisable to avoid making any other arrangements on your shoot day and keep the day clear exclusively for your booking.
- Always act professionally when on set or at castings.
- Always wear what you are told, unless wardrobe has been pre-arranged.
- When you are working closely with celebrities always maintain your professionalism. In addition, under no circumstances must you bother any members of production teams; they are there to do a job just as you are. The more efficient the process, the better it is for all concerned.
- Be attentive and take direction as instructed.
- Most importantly be a pleasure to work with; this is always appreciated by production teams and will contribute significantly to your progress within this industry.
